1. Site Analysis
1.1 Interpretation based on comprehensive plan
Our town is in the “The connection with center of city reinforcement zone” which is Gumi’s plan. This zone’s characteristic is like this.
First, there are some strength. This place is neighboring region of the center of the city. Natural environment (mountains, rivers 낙동강, 감천) is favorable region. Second, there is weakness. This region’s development is poor. Currently it is little developed. Third, Gumi want to reinforce link with the existing center of city. With this, Gumi leads to eco-friendly environment. Also Gumi want to use the effect with 선산IC to lead maximum visitors effect.
